(1) No one shall dispose of waste water containing or without human excreta into the sewerage system or mix or discharge human excreta directly into rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, reservoirs, human settlements or public land contrary to the prescribed standards.
(2) If someone has to mix the waste water emitted by himself in the sewage system, he should process it and mix it within the limits of the prescribed standards according to the prevailing law.
